HOW TO USE?？
1. Take the paddle board out of its carrying bag, lay out and unroll.
2. Open the valve and spend 5 minutes to inflate with compatible electric pumps or 10 minutes to inflate with included high pressure hand pump.
3. Closing the valve to prevent the air from rushing back out once you stand on it.
？ 4. Then you can have a blast on the lake or anywhere.

HOW TO PACK UP?？
1. Push and turn the valve to deflate.
2.Roll the pad up quickly in flat condition. Then kneel on the board as you rolling it and push out any excess air.
3. Keep the valve closed and then roll the board.
4. Hitch the roll board with the ratchet tie down (included).
5. Pack down the roll board and other included accessories into the travel bag.
